Returns & Refunds Policy

At Prima Chic, we value your satisfaction above all else. While every fragrance is created and packaged with great care, we understand that circumstances may arise where a return or exchange is necessary. The following policy outlines how we ensure a smooth and fair process for our customers.

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Returns are accepted for any reason, provided that the customer follows the outlined process and the
product is returned in acceptable condition. Although we appreciate that perfumes are delicate products,
we do not require them to be unopened or in their original packaging.
However, the item must remain in reasonable condition for inspection.

2. Exchange & Return Policy
Customers can return purchased items within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided they are in
excellent condition, in original packaging, and with the original invoice.
Customers can exchange purchased items within 28 days from the date of purchase under the same
conditions.
This policy does not apply to items sold during promotions or special offers.

3. Non-Returnable Items
At this time, no products are considered non-returnable. Samples, discounted items, and regular
purchases are all eligible for return, as long as they meet the general conditions above.

When reaching out, please include your proof of purchase or order number to help us verify and process your request promptly.

5. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking to ensure your item reaches us safely.
Once received, all returned products will undergo a brief inspection before a refund or exchange is processed.

6. Refunds
Approved refunds can be issued either:
● to the original payment method, or
● as store credit/vouchers, depending on your preference.
The processing time for refunds may vary depending on the payment provider, and we will notify you
once your refund has been completed. Please note that delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of receiving your order.
Providing photo evidence is recommended to help us review and resolve your case quickly.
Each claim will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or refund.
